The challenge
Licensing required medical gas certification and IPS electrical protection that the existing shell was never designed to carry.
The solution
We surveyed the shell, strengthened two slabs for plant, installed a certified medical gas manifold with area alarms, and delivered isolated power supply panels with third-party test certificates aligned to the licensing checklist.
The result
Licence granted on the first inspection visit, with the centre opening on the planned date.
