The challenge
A high water table on a corner plot threatened the basement, and the owner required occupancy before a fixed family date — leaving no float in the programme for sequential trades.
The solution
We designed secant pile shoring with well-point dewatering, applied a tanked waterproofing system tested before backfill, and ran finishing, MEP and landscape as overlapping packages under one site management team with a weekly earned-value review.
The result
Handed over eleven days early with a zero-leak basement and a snag list closed within two weeks of handover.
