The challenge
The existing service counters had to keep operating throughout construction, and the authority's security standard required certified integration across CCTV, access control and screening.
The solution
We phased the works into four zones with temporary service halls, and delivered a single integration platform where CCTV, access control, queue management and screening report to one control room.
The result
Zero service downtime across 19 months and a security acceptance test passed without observations.
