The challenge
A coastal salt environment attacked earlier finishes, and the operator required an identical room standard across 64 keys delivered in three phases.
The solution
We built a full mock-up room approved by the operator, locked material specifications to marine-grade fixings and coatings, and repeated the room as a controlled production line with a fixed inspection checklist per key.
The result
All 64 keys passed operator inspection first time, and the mock-up remains the standard for the group's next property.
