The challenge
A short coastal working season compressed the programme, and the developer needed identical quality across four unit typologies.
The solution
We pre-fabricated repeated elements off site during the off-season and standardised each typology into a fixed materials kit released to the site as complete unit packages.
The result
Two full working seasons saved and a defect rate below one percent at handover.
