The challenge
Thirty tenants with independent fit-out contractors needed simultaneous access without compromising the base-build commissioning.
The solution
We issued a tenant fit-out manual with metered service take-off points, ran a permit-to-work desk on site, and commissioned base-build systems zone by zone ahead of tenant handovers.
The result
Opened at 92% tenant readiness with no base-build system re-commissioning.
